Having a great time with Lipot at TMII

Hola, amigo!

First thing I want to say, “I want to write my blog in English” (only this time) because I thought it will be good and improve my English skill in writing. Just enjoy it, friends :)

And the second thing I want to say is: HOOORAAAAAAY! Why? Because I’m so happy and so in good mood! My final exams is over (no need to study all night long -.-), and the second, I don’t need to worry about my daily tests, my home works or anything about my school duty, I just want to take a break for a while, I think. This will be a long, long holiday :D

Okay, this is my story……

Wednesday, 3rd June 2009

I had a day out with my family (without my father) and Livia’s family (without her father) and Michelle’s mom also her little brother. Why Michelle didn’t come with us? Because she said that she wasn’t in a good mood to go travelling and having “museum-marathon”. I don’t know why. Michelle, you really really should come with us, though! All of us (except me and Livia) are going to swim in “Snow Bay”. Snow Bay is a new pool in TMII. That’s a good place to visit, though. Because Livia and I are having some ‘trouble’, so, we don’t go swimming, so we just travelling around and “museum-marathon” around TMII. First, we went to the “Museum Komodo”. There, we saw many kind of reptiles (living reptiles) like crocodiles, snakes, komodo (especially, that’s why the Museum named “Museum Komodo” because in this Museum they have one, old and very big Komodo – seriously), etcetera. Oh, let me tell you something. There are a room for disgusting (for me) reptiles like “Gecko (Tokek)” and “Cicak”, when we passed by, the assistant recommended us to visit the room. Livia and I are scared of those animals so we refused and go away from that area. Cicak and Tokek are soooooooo disgusting! Eww.

Second, we went to the “Museum Keprajuritan Indonesia”. This museum is interesting and “classic” because the entrance door is so cool and very vintage – and classic. There are so many mannequins of the “Hero” of Indonesia (they are in actual size of humankind and they made of some kind of wax and their faces are so scary, you know). Actually, I am a little bit scared of them and I have uncomfortable feeling for being the-only-two visitors at the museum. You wouldn’t believe that the visitors in that museum are just Livia and I, the assistant there is only one person with the ID card name “Sarmadi” if I didn’t wrong *giggles*, so you can imagine how quiet and creepy in there. We should walk around the “castle” (the museum looks like a castle) to get back to the main door. The halls and the mannequins, and the lights (very minimum lighting – although it’s still around 1 o’clock in the afternoon) are successful to scared me (and Livia) out. Seriously, Livia and I are so scared that we walk slowly and try to don’t have an eye-contact with the mannequins, they’re so scary. We took lots of photos there, too. (I won’t show it to you all of them, because many of those photos look embarrassing and…. stupid, hehe)

Third, we have some lunch in CFC. I had a fried chicken, rice and mineral water, Livia had it too (plus Californian Cheese Burger).

Fourth, we went to “Museum Perangko Indonesia”. This museum is cool and very interesting too. There is a paint of Barrack Obama and Tugu Monas made of post stamps. Very cool.

Fifth, we went to Snow Bay again to take a rest. Fortunately Livia’s mother rent a VIP Cabana (it is a rest cottage in Snow Bay, I am confused how to explain to you how it is look like), so we took rest in there and in there we take a walk around the Snow Bay area and gossiping around :P. After we’re tired, we go to the VIP Cabana and Livia had a sleep there and I am listening to music and reading my Titanium…

Such a pleasant day!

I think that’s for today…

Adios people!

Best Regards,

Ivon

P.S: photos are in the next post people :)
